Two years ago I celebrated my birthday in Beaver Falls, PA and my very good friend Kelly got me this hilarious cake. Notice the Shrek Donkey on it? Well when she went to DQ to get the cake the employee was insistent that it should have some sort of decoration on. Well, Kelly in her crazy ways decided to oblige the diligent worker and choose the most ridiculously option they had. I mean seriously? Who would really want a donkey on their birthday cake? It certainly made for some really good laughs. I get my traditional DQ ice cream cake at dinner tomorrow night. I’m really looking forward to it!

Happy Birthday (yesterday)!!! I do hope you have had a wonderful birthday celebration so far. Enjoy you DQ ice cream cake and dinner tonight. I always say drag out the birthday celebrating as long as you possibly can.

I’m a bit late but I have caught up with all the entries. Glad you are so much better. Even without pneumonia I was out for several days, four as I counted them, after the wedding you had to miss. I finally have taken back the breathing machine John loaned me. I still had stuff in my throat and my doctor put me on an antibiotic. Thankfully he had 5 days worth of samples. Uncle John saw what it was and said it was $75 a pill, if you can believe it. I had elevated white cell count when I was at the office last week. Hope that is the end of my non-pneumonia. PTL for professional samples!
