not a recommended birthday combo

High temps, pneumonia and a three day hospital stay. Well, I’m home now from my very first hospital stay. Can’t say that I enjoyed myself, but it was good to get the care I needed. I’ve got a road ahead of me, that doesn’t involved a lot of activity, they say it takes a long time to recover. I have pneumonia in my right lung. I had lots of saline pumped into me, three rounds of IV antibiotics (it took 5 tries to get my IV in), they took their fair share of blood, and 18 breathing treatments! I have some stories to share about my stay in my hometown rural hospital! In the midst of this I have found myself a local doctor that I am glad to have found! She saw me after hours on Wednesday and determined that I really did need hospitalization. Dr. Patterson is a great Doctor!
